Senior Frontend Developer
Frontend Developer at ING Bank, also taking on the role of Scrum Master when needed, supporting the frontend team and helping keep delivery on track. - I led frontend development initiatives while coordinating team delivery and removing blockers. I regularly analyze new product features and translated requirements into well-defined user stories and technical tasks. For development, I use React, NextJS, Angular and Web Components. - I designed and built a custom end-to-end testing tool to accelerate testing flows and production deployments, integrating it with Azure Pipelines to significantly improve release speed and reliability. The tool was initially developed as a side project and was later adopted and purchased by the company :) - I owned application performance monitoring and conversion optimization for new customer onboarding. Following a major frontend refactor, I achieved a 20% increase in conversion by reducing high-friction user actions and improving application load times and overall user experience. Also, I conduct technical interviews for frontend new developers. - Regarding AI, I build integrations with OpenIA API and creating AI agents with n8n and Maker.

Primarily worked with the latest versions of Angular and Ionic, taking ownership of the company’s full suite of mobile applications at the time. Senior Frontend Developer
In charge of developing new features for a web application using JavaScript and Angular framework, while also resolving critical performance issues. The application was used in a military context, requiring reliable operation in hostile, low-resource environments. As a result, performance optimization was a top priority. I led these optimization efforts, achieving a 60% performance improvement, significantly reducing load times and enabling efficient handling of large datasets displayed on timelines across military information boards. I have a personal letter from my manager because of this achievement.
